Common questions
My subscription isn't working / Pro features are locked+
First, tap Restore on the paywall — that re-syncs your purchase from Apple/Google. If still locked after 5 minutes, email us with the email address you used to sign up.
I never got my verification email+
Check your spam folder. If not there, tap Resend on the verification screen. Some corporate email providers block our address — try a personal email instead.
How do I cancel my subscription?+
On iOS: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → PawPilot → Cancel. On Android: Play Store → tap your profile → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → PawPilot → Cancel. You keep Pro access until the end of the current period.
The AI gave me bad advice / wrong answer+
AI can make mistakes, which is why we always cite authoritative veterinary sources and end every health insight with vet-consultation guidance. If something is seriously wrong, please email support@ayvalabs.com with a screenshot — we use these reports to improve the AI's safety guidelines.
Can I get a refund?+
Refunds for subscriptions are handled directly by Apple App Store / Google Play per their policies. We don't process payments. For Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google: Play Store → Account → Purchase history → tap the order → Request refund.
