By downloading, installing, or using the PawPilot app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

PawPilot is not a veterinarian, nor a replacement for one. Every AI insight in the app is generated by automated systems and may contain errors. Health, medical, and behavioral guidance is for general informational purposes only. You must consult a licensed veterinarian for diagnosis, treatment, or emergencies.

We provide clear "monitor at home / see vet soon / emergency" triage as guidance, with cited veterinary sources. You remain responsible for your pet's care decisions.

• Free tier: included by default, no subscription required.
• PawPilot Pro: USD 4.99/month or USD 29.99/year, auto-renewing. Charged through Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage in your App Store / Google Play subscriptions settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple App Store / Google Play per their respective policies — we don't process payments directly.
• Promotional or introductory offers (free trials) end automatically; we'll send a reminder before the trial expires.

Don't use PawPilot to:

• Submit content that isn't about your pet's care.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the app.
• Attempt to circumvent paid features.
• Impersonate someone else or violate their privacy.

You're responsible for keeping your account secure. Use a strong password, enable Sign in with Apple if possible, and don't share your account.

Photos and content you upload remain yours. You grant Ayva Labs a limited license to process them in order to provide the app. See the Privacy Policy for details.

PawPilot is provided "as is" without warranties. Ayva Labs Limited is not liable for damages arising from your use of the app, including pet-care decisions made based on AI guidance. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for real medical concerns.

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 30 days before taking effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.
